How does the Enstrad-network relate to AES?
The
Enstrad-network has evolved around AES as a network of independent energy
experts from various countries. While the network is still informal, AES
is in charge of its secretariat and therefore the coordination between
members of the network. Enstrad-members have cooperated in various projects.
